We searched supermarket shelves for packaged foods that
o;er convenience and good nutrition to create six shortcut
entrées. Simply combine these convenience products with
fresh ingredients for a superfast meal. These dishes follow our
formula for heart-healthy eating, including an omega-3-rich
dinner, meatless meals, and plenty of antioxidants, all while
keeping calories, fat, and sodium in check.
